My daughter had my first dance lesson yesterday and it was so amazing! Shannon’s energy was so positive and upbeat, and... I felt so comfortable with her. I was so excited watching my daughter perform the dance routine with such confidence. Shannon's hip hop class is super fun, full of energy, and great for dancers at all levels. I have never taken a dance... class before, but Shannon does a great job of providing a nurturing and non-judgmental learning environment for beginners and breaking down the skills while giving the right amount of challenge to improve. Highly recommend this class!read more

If you have children I would recommend you take them to see Ms Shannon. Her class is so diverse and she gives them so... much attention. She offers different opportunities and Is always willing to go above and beyond for her students. My child loves her class. When she misses a day Ms Shannon calls just to check to make sure everything is ok. When I had a schedule conflict with my school... Ms Shannon offered to help me with Transportation because she knew how much my daughter loved her class. Shannon is very passionate about her craft and loves her students. She even encourages parents to join in ...(which I always try to avoid) I'm too shy �... I love how the other students in the class help each other they are like family�read more

As a student of this dance group I can tell you personally how great this dance class is . You get personal connections... to our dance coach the class is always friendly . The class let's you express yourself in all types of music. I could never go to any other dance class other than the Baltimore Dance Center .read more

Duaghter: I think Baltimore dance center is a comfortable place to be and dance. The instructor communicates well and... tries to make everyone feel welcome. She teaches techniques (for example learning how to flip), stretches, and other little moves along with the dance. It has a space for the parents and she is very understanding when it comes to some things.read more

WE LOVE BALTIMORE DANCE CENTER! My daughter started dance last summer and she enjoyed it tremendously. Miss Shannon... is very patient and encourages the dancers no matter what their skill level or experience. We appreciate her encouragement and energy. My daughter has grown in confidence and enjoys creative dances set to modern music.

As a parent of a teen I am happy that the dance moves are trendy but tasteful and not to "clubby" so students of any age can have fun. This is a dance school to check out!read more

My daughter has been going here for several months now. She absolutely loves coming here and loves Ms. Shannon. I feel... the instructor in this program demonstrates consistant good communication about class dates and also updates me after every session letting me know how my daughter did and what moves she can practice while at home. I am glad my daughter found a place where she feels comfortable and if she needs more practice or one on one help she can ask and she recieves that from Ms. Shannon and won't be criticized. Shannon takes her time with her if needed and that is a plus. I would highly recommended this dance center.read more
